Any time this app is opened it heats up your phone. This is due to poor coding and a lack of inequality control.
I have like 4 options in my area, compared to other food delivery services with dozens of options.
Defintely happy we have DoorDash here, just wish they had more places available other than crappy fast food
My order was delivered to the wrong house, so obviously I didn’t get my food, which I stated……… They refused to give me a refund. So $40 gone. Terrible customer service, don’t get it.
They had full proof that th dasher picked up the wrong order but still refused a refund based off when they try to take payment for the dash pass it would bounce sometimes and something about my credit score. What does my credit score have to do with me getting somebody elses food🤦🏾
Good and fast service.
Door Dash adds margin to the restaurant rates, then charges delivery fees, then additional charges, and then tip on top! And drier gets to cancel the delivery at will but the customer does not get a refund! So, two stars are all I can give it!

Hey, I want to share my experience with this company. So, on Dec 28 my son ordered some sushi through this company that is 25$. We chose to pick up as the place was close. However, when we came it turned out that the cafe is closed for holidays until Jan 1 2025. I came to the cafe and asked for the refund, however, the guy at the restaurant was surprised as they even do not have any contacts with this company. So, I figured out the client support contact information and finally I was able to reach the company’s representative. The person spoke to me nicely and informed as the order was place more that 3 days ago there is no way to refund. That was an unpleasant surprise for me: no service and money just taken for putting fake information on their website!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! That café even does not collaborate with this company!!!! Disgusting!!! Strongly not recommend!!!
