Simply unlock an e-bike or e-scooter in the Dott app, ride to your destination, and get on with your day – easy as that. 
To get started:
1. Download the Dott app
2. Check the in-app map to find a nearby e-scooter or e-bike
3. Scan the vehicle’s QR code to unlock it, and you’re off!

I was charged for the ride even though I was unable to ride the bike for 10m due to flat tyre. 
I tried reporting it but there is no customer service number where I could call. 
I couldn’t even stop the ride till I took it at a ‘Designated’ parking spot. Which means I had to carry it till there - Just imagine the trouble i had to go through just so that this app could Stop charging me.

They keep charging you 5 euros at the start and end of the trip. Wherein my actual ride cost is 1 or 2 euros.

I have used there scooter for 3 days and every single time my charges where 5 euro where my actual ride cost is 1.20 or 2.5 euros maximum.
Worst service, there contact centre will not reply ever.
Use if you want to get cheated.
