Pixel art editor - Dottable -

iOS silently quits apps in the background to release memory or something. Dottable will *throw away your work* if this happens and you didn’t save! I don’t know how this can be acceptable, basically if you take a call or answer an SMS or anything else you may or may not be in peril to lose your work. Other than that the app is OK. Simple but a little clunky. Best pixel art app I’ve found on iPhone, but that’s honestly mostly because the other ones are not good.

I an creating an game, and this is the perfect tool! Despite of you are a beginner or a master, try this.

It is a really good game, but I would like a mode where you could look at the artwork you made I full screen without the stripes between all the pixels! (Download the game)

It’s a good app but it annoys me that you can’t see the RGB scale, color pick the image you insert and that the zoom is a bit weird, but there are a lot of great things too! Overall I would recommend this app to anyone since it’s one of the very few pixel apps that allows you to do things you normally couldn’t do, like add layers! Det är en bra app fast det stör mig att man inte kan se RGB skalan, ta färgen från bilden man lägger till och att zoomen är skum, fast det är massor av bra saker också! Jag skulle rekommendera den här appen till vem som helst pågrund av att den tillåter dig göra saker du normalt inte kan i pixel art appar, till exempel olika lager

The app is great and all but I can’t seem to figure out how to customize the color palette and pick colors myself. Can you please help me with this issue?

同じ作者の現時点(2024/03)での最新アプリ､potipotiと比較した時のメリットデメリットなどを知る限りで3つほど｡ potipoti側は初心者なので､これ以外にも差はあると思いますが、少しでも参考になれば幸いです｡ ・機能の多さなど dottable:機能が少ないが､他のお絵描きアプリやドット絵アプリを使った事が無く､何がどの操作かよく分からないという人はこちらでも良いと思う｡ potipoti:より操作が多く､ほぼ上位互換になっている｡ ※ただし直感的な操作(拡大など)はpotipotiの方が優れている｡ ・画像変換の違い dottable:変換した画像そのものをただ粗くした､という感じの画像(ドット)に変換できる｡ potipoti:“ドット絵に変換する”事に特化している様に感じる｡ メリット 初心者はそのままの画像に近い方が打ちやすくて良いと思う｡ potipoti側は彩度の薄い所や曲線が苦手で､画像やキャンバスサイズにもよるが歯抜けになりがち。 ※併用という手もある｡ デメリット ！！！！！！最重要！！！！！！ このアプリで打った画像を保存し､再び“その保存した画像”を画像変換で読み込むと劣化する｡同じドット絵にはならない｡ なおpotipotiではこの問題は解決している｡ ・キャンバスの保存方法の違い dottable: アプリ内に保存するシステム｡ potipoti:端末のファイルに保存するシステム｡ メリット アプリ内の方が操作の手間も少なく単純｡楽｡ 詳しくは知らないがファイルの確認が面倒と思われる端末(Android等)の人はもしかしたらこちらの方が便利かもしれない｡ デメリット ファイル保存のpotipotiは端末の容量依存｡ アプリ保存のdottableにはキャンバス数制限がある｡ また､操作を誤ってキャンバスを削除してしまった際に復元ができないが､ファイル保存のpotipotiは最近削除した項目からの復元ができる｡ また､過去に保存した画像があってその進捗度から､と読み込んでも上述の通り劣化してしまい復元できない｡ ※Androidなどにファイル復元機能がなければpotipotiを使っていてもキャンバスの復元は出来ない｡

これが私の探していたアプリである。

課金しても75なのが苦しい 無限とは言わずとも1000くらいまで保存できるようにしてほしい
