I have been raising Dragons for ever; now I cannot even open the game anymore. So very disappointed as I get the same response each time I contact the help desk. ‘ Update the App’ there has been on updates for years.

I keep getting told that I am offline and I need to check my internet service and try again. It got to a point where I couldn’t log in at all. I tried again just before Christmas and suddenly I could get in again, though it still intermittently locks me out. Interesting that this happens right in the middle of a time sensitive challenge. Also, noticed when I tried to reach out to others in the game that the word “glitch” was deemed “inappropriate” and if I tried to write a message with that word in it, the message was blocked from sending. 
I agree with a lot of what others have said about the ridiculous costs that are obviously not going back into the game. It hasn’t been updated in what, 4 years? I saw a response to a review from July saying that they were planning an update, but where is it? 
Don’t even get me started on the ridiculous amount of adds. And everything takes forever. 
If I hadn’t been a sucker early on and put money into this, I would have deleted the game already. I would be tempted to put money into it now if I didn’t get locked out. I have heard online that the same thing is happening with lots of other people and it can get to the point where you are locked out permanently. What is the point of having a game that you won’t let people play? So weird. The pessimistic side of my brain wonders if I will join those permanently locked out by leaving this negative review, but you should know what you are getting yourself into.

Hello, I am a long time player of Dragon Story and have recently been unable to open the game as whenever I do, it opens up to an error message stating “Dragon Story is an online game and requires internet access. Please double check your connection and try again” despite being connected to the internet when attempting to play. Any response is welcomed, thanks a lot.

### *---- "Fun until I realised I would have to pay money to unlock the next type of dragon"
When I first started this game I thought it would be fun, but the game only supplies you with 12 gold bars which run out in The first level of the game because hatching dragons, breeding dragons and buying habitats takes more than 12 hours. I was willing to put up with the fact that it took a day to make any single progress in this game but then when I reach level 10 I get excited to unlock the next dragon, the magic dragon only to discover it cost 500 or 600 gold. I can’t find any other way to get gold in this game without making an expensive purchase. The game also keeps on showing me adds which is annoying but the game also keeps giving me quests to download their other games which is irritating beyond repair. I do not recommend this game to anyone unless they somehow enjoy being ripped off or being disappointed.

I enjoy playing the game but when at level 200 it just keeps cutting out!  And the quests are just the same thing over and over. I also agree with many others about the cost of things and the gold amount required to finish some quests or buy dragons that can’t be obtained through breeding. I have spent my own money a couple of times over the years but no more. Needing 60 mystic maps for each clear is also way too much if you don’t have neighbors that play regularly. Getting bored with it again
