Drawboard PDF: Sign & Forms

I am a long time Drawboard PDF user. Have used it since the first version that was released for the Surface Pro. Recently moved to the iPad Pro. Best PDF markup application by far. One feature that I miss from the Windows version is being able to add notes to text highlights. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

The interface is awesome, it’s quite fast. My surface pro can get bogged down when there is a substantial amount of text recognition/text input for any one document. I cannot fault Drawboad itsself though. It’s the best pdf editor I have used in my career in construction. (I cannot comment on its ability from a technical drawing point of view)

Drawboard NAS progressed greatly in recent years and has specialised features for all kinds of professions.it has easily overtaken Adobe Acrobat-in functionality and is now my default PDF application even though l have an Acrobat subscription.

I am extremely disappointed with Drawboard’s recent service changes. Back in 2019, I purchased a product with the understanding that it would include lifetime access to all its features. Fast forward to now, it feels like a betrayal to find that many features are suddenly behind a paywall. It is unfair to alter the terms retrospectively and I believe Drawboard should honor the commitment made to its customers at the time of purchase. This change not only breaks trust but undermines the company’s credibility. I urge Drawboard to revert to the original terms to maintain the trust of its customer base.

I like it because it’s most features are free

Great app, much better than using Adobe! The product owner has done a great job.

New application, constantly being updated and improved

I’m using this for my post-graduate study, and have lost ALL of my notes, twice. It is great while you’re using it, but completely and utterly unreliable and unstable. I’m so disappointed in this app. Do not use it for any work that you need to be able to quickly re-edit or access. I’ve lost weeks of work, and am starting from zero.

Demora bastante para abrir. No primeiro acesso pede muita coisa desnecessária como localização e sem necessidade nenhuma pede para acessar usando alguma conta da Apple, Google ou Microsoft. Leitor de Pdf deve ser simples o suficiente para abrir um arquivo e permitir algumas funcionalidades de edição. O resto é perfumaria só pra deixar mais lento. Voltei pro Acrobat Reader.

I loved this app on a surface pro a while back and was hoping this would come on Mac / iPads but on it’s missing so many features yet and I do miss the wheel tool selector that was 🔥(I know you guys thinks it wasn’t that good 😌 )
