I can not upload any photos or video from my iPhone. I can only download. I can upload files only from my computer. But the uploading is much slower than all other services on the market. The app is slow and ugly. Many other cloud services has great and beautiful designs as mega, Nordlocker, Kiliaro, iCloud and many more. Bad UX. Competition has great UX. The translation is wrong. Like why would I want and how could I ”upload my camera”. I changed the app language to english later because you can not understand the app when using it in other languages. The competition knows how to translate simple words like ”picture” ”folder” ”upload” and so on. Very expensive. The competition is much cheaper. Like the app Kiliaro give you unlimited space for only 2 USD per month. Nord locker seem to be the cheapest. They give you 2 terabytes for only 0,5 USD per month for 2 years when there is black weak or other kind of consumer days. After that you can just change to an other cheap app, meaning anyone but Dropbox. The apps notifications is irritating me. I got one just right now ”save your pictures by uploading them”. Fix the service so you can upload pictures to it, then give me the notifications. I use my iphone in lockdown mode, but every other app on my phone works, like nordlocker, kiliaro, mega, instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Duolingo, Spotify, TIDAL, Uber and so on. Only Dropbox does not work. Drop the app in a trash box. Update: their support is the weirdest on the planet. They want me to use X (twitter) for making a support request. Come on, who is using twitter nowdays? Only people whom are slow in the brain and only able to handle 160 characters at a time before having cognitive overload. They want me to use an app for slow people for helping me with this. No in app-support like the competition. Why not using myspace too or snapchat for support LOL. Dropboxs can di**pick me some support. They are all retar*s. Their front-end developers are stup*id and their back-end developers have babie-br*ins. They do not have any support for short. They have a lot of fake reviews. That is what their support departement is doing. Writing fake reviews day in and day out. How many twitter messages are needed for this message. Update nr 2. I tried their support and help center on the web. I was chatting with a robot whom did not understand what the problem is when a user can not upload files to a cloud service. Great support.

Tycker det blev svårare att navigera och hitta filer efter senaste uppdateringen men annars fyller den sin funktion

Love dropbox, but: - Something has happened to the scrubber in the media player. You have to be super precise in order to move it or you’ll swipe to another file. Can’t remember it behaving in that way before. - It’s impossible to open a dropbox link you have received inside the app. You get to some landing page, get prompted to open it in the app and once you click you are directed to App Store. From there you can open dropbox, but you get to the ”general” view. Quite frustrating. Other than that = ❤️. Use it every day. Still true in 2024

Trevligt program som man kan integrera med mobilen fast lite typiskt att det kostar lite väl mycket, jag kör med min free version då jag tjänade in det på att skicka länkar åt folk. 👍

Använder Dropbox till allt möjligt. Delar mycket dokument och bilder samt lagrar en hel del för åtkomst från flera datorer och IPad

Alla molntjänster har sina för och nackdelar, men denna är bäst av alla som jag har testat. Apples egna icloud filer är också bra och jag använder båda delarna då de kompletterar varandra bra.

I tried to find a support to contact but since dropbox team has made that impossible (just makes you round and round with no contact info) I’ll just leave the problem here. Have been using dropbox basic for years. Just yesterday I transferred from my iphone to PC 80 files! But today, nothing will sync with my PC. Every file has a grey X on it. I have to move the files to PC and then back to dropbox folder and back to PC for it to sync/load whatever it is. I re-installed the app on my PC but still same problem. Never seen anything like this! There is nothing wrong with my PC so it must be on DBs end. Looking forward for “support” to reach out.
