DRVN - Golf Fitness & Workouts

I have tried a few golf specific fitness apps, and this is by far the best. I love the options of mobility, functional and conventional styles of fitness to suit my needs as a competitive golfer.

This needs the backing of the entire community. For players looking for a one stop shop, this is it! Worth every single penny.

There needs to be a way to track your time for the MetCons or other Strength and Conditioning pathways. This way when there is a repeat workout like I did today, you can track your progress. Also a leaderboard to see others times and be apart of a community online would also be helpful.

For years I’ve been doing weightlifting workouts but then needing to add yoga routines to maintain mobility for golf. But then, when I want to play or practice I end up missing a workout. With GolfWod, I can maintain my strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and it even provides days for playing and practicing. Also, the drills are pretty good too.

Workouts for all levels, mobility/stretching routines, putting and ball striking drills to practice at the range or at home, and more. This is well worth the price and more.
