Both the app and the website never work for booking services.

This is only the second review I’ve ever written, but this app is so awful that I’m taking the time to do so. How hard is it to link to Face ID??? Enter today’s world please!!!!

The sign in is straight up broken. It’s impossible to get through to the actual bookings page. And somehow right now it’s the same for the website (though that’s usually not true). Is dry bar TRYING to annoy people into not booking? If so it’s working

All I want to do is book an appointment. I click the the location I want and nothing happens. So I scroll to find it in the list and it takes me to another state. I then try the zip code and the app crashes. I never write reviews but I love drybar and I want you to know that I actually had to book somewhere else while traveling because I couldn’t get your app to work. Please fix this and fire whoever is in charge of your app experience.

Can never book! There is always a “server error” so you can’t even use the app to book. I always have to call the salon to book. It shouldn’t be this hard.

You need to fix this APP.

Always want to book but I try in the evening and it always says Service Error so I don't book and then I get side tracked and end up just doing my hair myself

Agreed with earlier review…. App doesn’t save password or preferred location. Too many keystrokes! Don’t bother to download! Just save your drybar’s phone number and call them directly. This app is terrible!!

The app doesn’t work due to a server error? I’ve tried making appointments several times and all my entries are wiped out when I submit the form. I hope DB now show much business they are losing to other salons for blowouts.

The app is outdated and doesn’t serve any purpose!
