The DSB app is part of your journey. Here you can find tickets, commuter cards, and traffic information.
In the DSB app, you can purchase Orange tickets, a commuter card, or use Check in, and see current traffic information and an overview of departures. You can also buy a seat reservation for your trip.
You can find cheap Orange and Orange Free tickets on a wide selection of our departures.
Check in is a new digital ticket at Rejsekort prices*, for those who need to travel here and now. Just swipe before you board, and travel as far as needed with all public transport in Zealand, Funen, and Jutland. We will check you out automatically or remind you to do so.
When you buy a ticket or check in through our app, you earn points on your journey, which can be used at 7-Eleven at the station. You just need to be logged in with your DSB Plus profile and accept our points terms. And if you check in, part of the journey must be with DSB trains.
You can purchase, renew, and refund commuter cards and have your youth card delivered in the app if it is from DSB.
If you experience any issues while using the app, you can call us at 70 13 14 15 every day from 7 AM to 8 PM.

*Check in with DSB’s app costs the same as a personal Rejsekort if you are an adult in the age range 26-66. As a youth aged 18 to 25 and 67+, you will receive your usual age discount.

It was great and easy to use but i couldnt set up an account as it wouldnt accept my uk phone number and said it couldnt send me a text code to set up.
Can’t Register Mobile Number on App
Really frustrating, as keep getting an error “Operation not allowed” when trying to register my mobile number on my account on the app. I’m using iOS 18.1. My daughter on an earlier iOS version was able to register without issue. Most inconvenient.
Looks good but couple bits would’ve liked English
App seems very good. First use of it and am hopeful journey goes well. At first thought would all be in English for me but when further into looking at trains seemed Danish only. Understand main priority rightly Danes but would’ve felt better about booking if English option too

Overall a good App but the bleedin obvious is Apple Pay please - simples
Problem paying on saved card
I was unable to use my saved credit card so had to re-enter the details again. Not sure what happens but the final ‘pay’ button wasn’t active. Aside from this issue the app has been really easy to use

Very simple for foreigners Improvements - google pay - Apple Pay - English proposed more obviously (flag switch) - 1 day ticket ???
Foreign credit cards don’t work…
The app was ok until I tried to pay. I tried different credit cards but none of them worked. I got the message “Something went wrong”. Very annoying!
