all good reviews are writen by themself. The app is overloaded with crap you don't need. You can not by directly you packages. you have to refill. and they are so clever. if you refill 500 bhat, you can not buy a 499 package. they want you to buy more or just take your money without your permission. after all I get 10 messages every day to buy more. This is outstanding. Never had something like this on my phone! Do not install!!!!

Dtac app ask me to consent to use my privacy data, there is a link to refuse the content statement but it doesn’t work, you can’t click on it in the app. So you are forced to accept they use and share your private information if you want to buy data package through the app…You can then call them on 1678 to decline then the current consent statement but I just want to not accept it from start and not loose time to call a call center but I can’t… if this is a bug, please correct the decline link so I can click it, I shouldn’t have to call the call center to decline, same as I don’t have to call to accept if I choose too…why making life complicated for your customer?

DTAC, please instruct others to follow your example on how an operator app should be designed and should work. Simply all functions are there, and they simply all work. Amazing.

เน็ตช้าสุดๆ โปรอะไรก็แพง เน็ตก็จำกัด จ่ายเดือน เกือบ500 น่าจะทำโปรเน็ตไม่จำกัดบ้างก็ดีนะคะ จะได้น่าใช่หน่อย จะเปลี่ยนมาใช้เติมเงินก็ไม่ยอมมให้เปลี่ยน แต่ดูสภาพเน็ตแย่สุดๆ เข้าบางพื้นที่คลื่นแทบจะไม่มี อุส่าย้ายค่ายมาใช้ สงสัยคงต้องบอกลาเร็วๆนี้ละคะ

มีปัญหาการใช้งาน ค้างไม่โชว์ข้อมูล จะชำระค่าบริการ กว่าจะทำได้ และไม่มีการแสดงค่าธรรมเนียมการจ่าย ควรมีแสดงให้ผู้ใช้ทราบ ตอนจ่ายคิดว่าฟรีค่าธรรมเนียมแต่พอไปเช็คที่บัญชีกลับโดนหัก

แม่งระบบกากจัดๆเติมเงินมาแล้วพอจะสมัครบอกยอดเงินำม่เพียงพอกากจัดๆระบบอะเป็นทุกรอบ ไม่เคยปรับสักทีแก้บ้างนะ

วันนี้แอพล่มแย่มากยกเลิกแพ็คเก็จก็ยากช้าสัญญาณก็ไม่ค่อยมี2ขีดบ้าง1ขีดบ้างสรุปจับมือกับค่ายแดงหรือจำใจเซ็นสัญญากันแน่

ช้าชิบหาย ปรับปรุงอะไรยิ่งปรับยิ่งแย่ รีเครื่องก็แล้วรีแอพก็แล้ว แอพคุณภาพงี้หรอทำแอพน่าย้ายค่ายมาก
