Terribly designed. When buying data packages it doesn’t include VAT until you go to purchase so the price is more. Attempted to top up and it says limit reached so unable to purchase a package. Complete and utter clowns whoever have put this together.

If you want lots of spam daily, then just sign up with dtac 😂

login with phone number is now broken. Message: "the app had an error it couldn't recover from. Please try refreshing the page by clicking below". Tried to reinstall, etc. Useless!

Never ending spam texts, the app won’t load for two days now so it’s impossible to refill credit. Absolutely crap.

What a piece of s!!! Can’t login via the app because the app has an error that it can’t recover from. Therefore cannot make bill payments. Guess I will have to use the equally useless online login. DTAC is appalling and has been for years.

You cannot buy packages or upgrades in English at the moment, you just get taken to a blank page with a ‘Done’ text top left. Hopeless !

Unfortunately I’m only giving this app 2 stars because the notifications in the messages (the bell icon) never appear and the app freezes. It should be easy to fix but it still does not work. Come on DTAC!

The app literally won’t open now after this latest update. Please sort this out ASAP!
