On 7th september 2025 this app said system failure while trying to pay Bolt kenya driver. It said system failure 2 times and the bolt driver got aggressive and assaulted me and robbed my phone. Bolt didnt care and avoided to take responsibility of their reckless employee, the driver got caught but still bribed the cops and got out. I am still recovering😭

this app barely works and has too many issues

Just fix the transaction dates and details for transacting. This has been on-going the entire of 2024. It is really frustrating!!!

As an average person, I wouldn’t recommend They treat people as if they only deal with the rich. Thanks

The most useless app, you cant even cancel a transaction to mpesa if one sends by mistake or has input a wrong number by mistake, this means the app has no security at all, cz even before sending money on mpesa to anyone the name first has to show to whom you are actually sending money to. And tooo slow to take action even after you email to customer care whereby they dont take any action and meanwhile the recipient removes the money and steals

The app has stopped working for last two months, uninstalled and installed twice but no changes.

I need to access mobile banking…but it is denied..how can you fix that

The app worked well initially but now when I open it, it closes. When I want to send money, it closes. It’s a hassle and time consuming.
