The navigation function not usable at all. It cannot find my location, I cannot select manually, and it cannot plan any routes. Location Enabled, BT enabled, app is not usable.

Many high value transactions were not accepted which is not fair to the customer. There’s no way that we can again upload the bills if for some reason you cannot read it properly. Also no information and clarity provided on the same.

Navigation function took me around and around for no reason. Needs to be updated / fixed.

Image loading is not working. I am on IOS 18.2

Without any doubt this is the worst upgrade on appstore. I will call it a downgrade.

تطبيق حلو بس لو تعملو في اللغه العربيه حتى يكون. الشخص اله الحريه في اختيار اللغه مناسبه اله

Trying to use the navigate function and the app map of the mall keeps zooming in so far you cannot see the surroundings to get your bearing. It also crashes frequently. Store data is also out of date. Why are you showing stores that have long since closed down?

The previous version was so much more navigable and efficient. Using the updated one is frustrating, disappointing & overall a massive downgrade. Hope the development team resolves the multiple issues soon :(

1/ في الفترة الاخيرة اي من شهرين تقريباً وبعد تحدث التطبيق اصبح سيء للغاية بحيث لا يتم الدهول بسهولة كما كان سابقاً. واقوم بحذف التطبيق واعادة تنزيله بشكل يومي. 2/ لماذا لا يتم اعداد التطبيق باللغة العربية. مع العلم بأننا في دولة عربية ويجب توفير لغتنا الرئيسية. 3/ عدم التجاوب مع شكاوي العملاء والتواصل من قبل المسؤولين عن الشكاوي والملاحظات.

The previous version was much better
