Dunkin'

I wish they would let me know when the points were expiring somewhere, other apps say … points expiring next month or give an alert but not Dunkin’.

This has to be the least reliable coffee store app I’ve ever used. Almost always it loges you out and if you are very lucky you will be able to log back in (you probably won’t), to top it all off your local Dunkin store will appear as unavailable for some random reason, just for this app alone I decided to become a Tim Horton's customer

Careful! Don’t accidentally click the enormous “ORDER” button in the middle of the screen that’ll send your list to the store before you’re ready to order! This terrible app doesn’t have an “Are you sure?” option or anything before it sends your order immediately. And there’s no way to cancel an order you sent accidentally. Already multiple times I’ve wasted my time and money with this app because it’s terribly designed. My recommendation - just avoid Dunkin entirely. It’s what I should’ve done.

App is not working. When I try to place my order it says “ Sorry, the app can't connect right now. Please check your network connectivity.”

Only need option to upload receipt or receipt details. My batter has died on my phone in the past and didn’t have the option to enter my phone number at time of order or my receipt after.

idk what happened to this app, i used to mobile order once a week but now it says it cannot connect to stores…

I like using the app. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t add points from a receipt without having to call customer service. There should be an option to scan a receipt to add points. Why is this not an option? There are a few times that my cell service does not bring the app up if I decide last minute to get Dunkin’ through the drive though. Still…

Love the app very easy to use and a lot of rewards when you first get the app

I do love my Dunkin coffee, however, I really wish that my local Dunks would get better with their customer service. They are ALWAYS understaffed. I will give credit to the new manager, Michael, of the 191 West St. Keene NH store! He has done many much needed changes and keeps his store very clean. The donut display case is tidy and well stocked, which has been a huge problem, since the departure of my favorite manager, Karen F. It’s nice to see this store getting back on track. Keep up the great work! Also, a shout out to Everest, for sticking with it, through all the hard times! You are an awesome employee!

Can’t make an order through the app, because it doesn’t accept any payments. Tried adding all my cards. I tried paying with my Apple Pay. I signed up because of the 2 weeks of free coffee with purchase. I can’t have that offer now because it won’t accept payment. I’ll stick with Starbucks.
