Really wish we didn’t need this for school

Please I’ve checked the “this is my device” box hundreds of times and I still have to scramble my phone out of my backpack to do anything. What if someone has wet hands when they try to log in to UVIC on their home PC? What will they do then??

Super frustrating to have my log in request time out because your app wants to know if I like using it. I DON’T. But I have to use it. No one wants to rate your app when they are using because they are using it to do something else.

Why can’t I press the button in the notification rather than having to open the app?

While this was pushed down by the IT dept, I lean to appreciate the responsiveness and good UI/UX of this app. Way better than Microsoft offering.

Trying to use for the first time and got an error message that was nothing more than raw html.

Love that when I switch phones, most of my codes still remain valid on the new phone. They app also simply works, which makes it perfect.
