I placed an order through the app and even called the restaurant for confirmation to ensure it was submitted for delivery. After waiting nearly two hours, my order never arrived. I ultimately had to cancel because the delay was completely unacceptable. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

If u can add pre paid methods will make things easy
