It works and does so to a satisfactory level. It’s just a shame that the app isn’t inclusive of all the website’s features which means you can only do/view certain things on the website. Other than that, it’s a useful app to have.

This app is absolutely dreadful Having to use both the app and website is nonsensical

Does the basic bits, but needs some improvements - when amending a duty you can only amend the time, not the day - which often what you want to do. Login screen should use touch or Face ID

Have downloaded the App, it crashes when it opens. Unable to access anything.

When I go to view a message it says “something went wrong” then just shows the loading sign. Can’t do anything else, can this be fixed please.

This version has so much more features so I don’t need to use the website as much. I can do so much more within the app.

This application could be a solid 10/10 with the addition of extra features. Mainly, this app is missing MESSAGES - no ability to read, send or check status, etc. Strengthen app access authentication (more than just a passcode) in favour of wider feature availability - MESSAGES.

App is okay, but would do much better with features such as ability to access messages and the document library.

This app is handy but it needs some features added from the website. For instance you can’t sent/receive messages and you should be able to update your duties from the app. Would be nice to see Touch ID and Face ID too.

... but us potential to be even better! There are some minor but irritating bugs/improvements app can do with, namely -1) if you’re multitasking, when you return to the app, you’re taken back to Home screen and not where you left and 2) Face ID or Fingerprints option would be better more efficient way!
