It’s been around a while, but I got round to playing this one. So much prefer the pay once policy. You run an apartment complex and affect your tenants and their lives by furnishing their apartments and offering advice. That said the first playthrough is tough, so much unlocking and upgrading to do… my tenants not so happy, pretty poor at jobs and earning and so don’t have much prospects. I can see some of the developments I need to do so best get to it! The no-pay fix is tickets, which are painfully hard to get at first, I get the feeling that things will get easier… On the other hand it means loads to unlock and improve so the replays will be interesting.
