The app states you can check in an hour after the clinic opens and it frequently does not,I don’t know if someone in the clinic is suppose to activate the check in ability but if they are they are not giving access correctly

### **--- "Great idea - poorly executed"
As someone who lives far from a Dynacare, I appreciate this app. However, when I last used it, my requisition was a month stale dated (thought it was good for a year - only six months) and I was appropriately declined. However, the staff didn’t clear me from the app, so I appeared as a no show and continued to receive text messages. 

Other times, the staff have to deal with elderly people that are mad that I seemed to have gotten immediate access. 

The app is also sporadically available.  Will be available in some locations but not others. It changes for the same location. I don’t feel it is something I can rely on. 

Thanks for your efforts with this app and the kind people working for Dynacare.

I understand there are times we can have tech glitch. The intended convenience is at cost. But what’s resulting is further inconvenience after paying fee. It’s a great difficult and unfriendly system to register. To reach customer care to get support is another great long Himalayan mile stone.

The app works for seeing how long wait times are but that is all it is good for. There is no way to upload your lab req or even a link to the website where you have to up load to every time you go. There is no way to save your information so that you do not have to input all of your and your dr’s information every time that you go. It is easier to print it out and bring it with me than trying to upload every time.

The app doesn’t give you an accurate wait time. It keeps changing going up and down. It should also have a way to let you know when to leave to get there on time. The whole point though is to not wait in the office but that’s hard to do when the time keeps changing.

When I first started using net check in I found it so convenient but lately they stopped allowing its use during first hour and then too often waiting list is full so can’t use the feature. Today same thing. I would have been faster just going and waiting in line. I waited until available but after I arrived at location I was still put after everyone else.

Very frustrated as I was rushing to get to lab.  I was checked in but the icon of 71 king street is somewhere on Novar st instead.  This caused me to be late for checkin and had to wait 30min for bloodwork.  This system is generally good and I am happy with it, but today it really messed up my timing.

You can check in and the app says it’s one wait time. Then actually the time goes much slower, and sometimes even may increase significantly. So you can’t rely on the time it shows. Pls fix this
