It’s really not good
I had to give up on this app. I’ve tried it off and on for years but it useless. It’s easier to just use the mobile website. The app doesn’t give an option to display all the deliveries on the same page. So the available to pick up is the default page. (Which my MBE never updates regularly. It’s a mess) If I want to see packages in transit that’s another page. Same with all the notifications. So you never know which options to choose in order to find a given package without searching through about 15 separate pages. That’s crazy. The app is only good to get automatic notification, in theory. That’s great but the person’s job it is to do that is very unreliable. Besides, notification will go to you’re email anyways if you choose that option. If I had one suggestion for this app, it is make the default page show ALL package tracking, then have individual options to filter individual updates like; in transit, available for pick up, processing in Miami, Ect… But again, make the default page show ALL!! Not just available for pick up. The reason why this is important is because your staff doesn’t update the information, sometimes at all. MBE Latin America, get your shilf together.
