Payment doesn’t work

Aplicatie care nu oferă nici o informatie de încărcare in timp real, suport sub orice critica, ramai cu masina blocată la stația de încărcare pentru ca nu poti scoate cablul iar sistemul lor nu comunica cu stația. Nu au support tehnic onsite pentru urgente, practic lași masina si pleci, te intorci cand vor ei. Încarci aplicația cu minim 100 RON dar daca ai scăzut sub 50 nu mai poti încarcă. Est o gluma pe banii tai, facut reclamații peste reclamații, este imposibil sa faci o rețea de genul si sa nu ai o procedura pentru cazuri de urgentă.

The worst charging app and network ever. It never works for me, I almost went out of battery 2 times, relying on Renovation stations, lucky me there were other ones nearby. Nothing works in the app, can’t start charge, can’t add funds, can’t add card, can’t do anything, every action I do result in a different error. This app should be removed from the store, it’s more complicating people’s lives than helping them…

Little info on your charge. No info on others charge. No reservations. Basically if you get there and there is no one at the station and it starts you get to charge.

Don’t install, don’t pay, don’t use! Evitati, alegeti alta optiune. Statiile nu functioneaza, suportul online nu este pregatit de companie sa raspunda clientilor.

Statia nu functiona cand am ajuns. Am sunat si mi s-a spus ca nu are ce sa ii faca. Statia nu comunica, asta mi s-a spus . Noroc ca am avut baterie pana la urmatorul punct. Dar daca nu aveam ? Stateam acolo pana se deranjau sa trimita o echipa de depanare ? Sau chemam platforma ? Un serviciu de 2 lei .

The app looks like it was created in the early 90s, back when electric vehicles were not even in pre prototype stage. The app is full of bugs, unreadable text, etc…. “Subsidised by the EU commission” but more expensive than all other EV charging competitors
