Force everyone to use the app, registration process is extremely painful. All I want to do is register vehicle type and payment method, Benelux Vignette takes a matter of matter. For this app I have to register with my passport just for an account. Then after taking so long just to open an account I have to start adding vehicles. But it decides I can only do this important part in Polish. 

It could be so easy but no, let’s make it as hard and as difficult as possible. Should be a simple process to just give them money. But after a hour I’m still none the wiser. Terrible app and process.

It’s made for commercial vehicles. It’s far too complicated for private cars. I never used it after the first time. I use AUTOPAY which is much much simpler as it reads your number plate and you don’t need to keep your mobile phone on. Don’t use e-TOLL.

( dwa dni zajęło założenie konta na zagraniczne auto, skan dowodu serio ? ) I na serio mając moja rejestracje i wszystkie dane wymagacie by ta bezużyteczna aplikacja była ciagle uruchomiona w telefonie na głównym ekranie ? Jak powinna wyglądać apka. Rejestrujesz nr samochodu lub kilka, potem doładowujesz konto za ile tam chcesz. Cała procedura 3 minuty. 
Przejeżdżam - kamera czyta nr auta i ściąga z kata kasę. Jeśli kasy nie ma na knucie powinna wysłać info żeby doładować w ciągu 24h.
Po huj jakiś rejestracje babci , działów , dzikich węży.

Aplikacja e-toll to absolutny koszmar. Nie można dodać drugiego auta- pożyczonego, co jest absurdem. Ażeby zapłacić za prosty przejazd pseudo-autostradą zmusza się mnie do logowania przez profil zaufany- kolejny absurd. Planowanie trasy i czasu „z  góry” jest następnym absurdem. Przechodzenie całego procesu logowania, uwierzytelniania etc- jest nie do przyjęcia- zabiera ponad godzinę. Beznadzieja, aplikacja do śmieci, nie zasługuje nawet na 1 gwiazdkę- to kpina

Jak bardzo trzeba być tępym, aby stworzyć coś tak bardzo posranego do rejestracji, aby moc przejechać kilka km autostrada?
Po co jakieś profile zaufane i inne gowna? Nie można poprostu zrobić opłat jak w każdym innym normalnym kraju, czyli po zczytywaniu rejestracji przy wjeździe i wyjeździe? Nie można poprostu założyć konta jak adresu mailowego, podać numer rejestracyjny i zasilić konto? Po każdym wjeździe na autostradę samo będzie się pobierać. Po jaka cholerę mój tel musi być non stop włączony? Chciałbym używać innych nawigacji czy muzyki, ale się nie da bo ta debilna aplikacja musi być włączona! Co za tumany tam siedzą?? Jak można stworzyć takie nieuintuicyjne gowno?! Miało być lepiej a jest jak zwykle! Co za posrany kraj..

Aplikacja jest tragiczna w użyciu, brak przewodnika jak jej używać i gdzie po kolei się zarejestrować (a jest tego sporo, zaczynajac od danych użytkownika, pojazdu, metody płatności do rejestrowania daty przejazdu). Pomimo użycia profilu zaufanego trzeba jeszcze potwierdzać logowanie SMSem i wprowadzić mnóstwo danych które nijak maja się do opłaty przejazdu autostrada.

Attempt to register took half an hour (only because I have the trusted profile already -equals had to go in person first). Then they ask to create some accounts, they ask for all pii deffinitelly not needed for the purpose of pay a toll and then they ask for v5c scan - government money at work - your money - create useless crap and then fix it for years

Działa ale żre baterię jakby to była jakaś zaawansowana gra 3D. Być może pod spodem kopie bitcoiny? Będąc w tle co 2 minuty wyświetla notyfikację, żeby wrócić do aplikacji, wiec lepiej od razu wyłączyć notyfikacje.
