Unable to add credit card . And make payment at has station in NY

Added all my debit cards, charged me credit prices. You need to address this now. Other BP app had our cards linked to the debit/credit cards and charged accordingly. Need to fix now and reimburse.

Been using app at pump and not receiving any reward points. Contacted BP and they told me to contact the BP credit card company, I don’t have a BP credit card. Not working for me.

This app is really bad, rate this app ZERO but i cant have to rate it min 1 star.. the previous app was alot better easy to use bpme. I use this app ALOT for gas for personal & business. They offer points system to get extra discount, when you click on it, it does completely nothing. Went in to store speaking with the register person, nothing able to scan “my wallet” from this app. Dont offer if you make it so complicated to use. 800pts to get extra 20cent off. Its nice to have extra off.. but with this trashy app, you not getting nothing.

Doesn’t work at my station had to drive to another BP and then it would not let me adjust the payment amount. Why change something that worked perfectly?

Garbage app. Why touch something that was working fine..

In the old BPme app I had 10 cents/gallon as a temporary credit due to a previous transaction not working smoothly, but I was forced to used this new earnify app which doesn’t recognize my previous BPme credit status. Also what’s interesting is that all my saved credit cards synced over to this new app, however the credit card nicknames don’t come over. I had about 10 credit cards saved and now I have a hard time remembering which card is associated with which number. Fine I get it, not all data points integrate easily when migrating user data from one system to another, but at least provide us the ability to set up card nicknames all over again in this app. I don’t mind tracing it down but when you’re in a rush to get gas it’s annoying to remember which card is which if you want to maximize the quarterly reward benefits on some cards.

The app doesn’t work. Every time I try to use the app, it always tell me to use the BPMe app instead. Also not showing all the BP Locations on the Earnify app. Hopefully you can fix this!

Are the earned points for fuel discount good for only one use? I earned $.20 off per gallon and the points off went back down to $.05 per gallon with the next use.

Can’t apply the rewards earned at the pump since it’s contactless payment
