## EASA FTL Calc Description
EASA OPS Regeln für Flugdienst- und Ruhezeiten gelten ab dem 18.02.2016 und haben die EU OPS Regeln für den kommerziellen Flugverkehr abgelöst.

EASA FTL Calc hilft bei der Berechnung von
- Limits von Cockpit und Kabine
- aktuelle und maximale Flugdienstzeit (FDZ)
- Späteste On-Block-Zeit
- Dienstzeit
- aktuelle Ruhezeit und Mindestruhezeit
- Akklimatisierungszustand
- Kommandantenentscheid
- disruptive Dienstpläne
- lokale Nächte an der Homebase
- wiederkehrende längere Erholungs- und Ruhezeiten
- kumulative Dienstzeiten für 7/14/28 Tage 

Berücksichtigt werden
- Standby, Airport Standby und Airport Duty
- disruptive Dienstpläne 
- Verlängerung der Kabinen-FDZ falls der Briefingbeginn vor dem Cockpit erfolgt
- Delayed Reporting
- Extended Recovery Rest Periods
- In-Flight Rest für Cockpit und Kabine (verschiedene Regelungen)
- Split Duty (unterbrochene FDZ)
- Verlängerungen
- Positionierung
- unterschiedliche Zeitzonen
- "Company Minimum Rest" Zeiten
- Homebase
- "Back to Back" Operation

Zeitzonen müssen nicht bekannt sein
- es genügt, einen Flughafen aus der Datenbank zu wählen
- Zeitzonen werden durch Flughafen und Datum bestimmt
- nur den Abflughafen, an dem der Umlauf beginnt, auswählen und
- für jeden Arbeitstag den Flughafen, an dem die FDZ endet, auswählen
- die Homebase ist über die Einstellungen bekannt

Es ist kein Flugbuch
- es muss nicht jede einzelne Blockzeit eingegeben werden
- Blockzeiten und deren kumulative Limits werden nicht verwaltet 
- allerdings können importierte Flüge zur Information angezeigt werden

Kabinen und Cockpit Limits
- Briefingzeiten können verschieden sein
- In-Flight Rest (verstärkte Besatzung) ist verschieden
- werden unabhängig berechnet

Umläufe
- werden automatisch gespeichert
- werden in einer Tabelle zusammengefasst 
- mit einer Übersicht der FDZ und Ruhezeiten
- für Cockpit und Kabine
- auf dem iPad im übersichtlichen Split View
