East Coast Wings + Grill

Pictures of the food are blurry on a tablet. Also, if you go to landscape mode on a tablet, the main picture fills the majority of the screen, making it hard to order. Otherwise, it’s a good app and the food is great

I placed my order in the app without issue. 10 wings hot extra crispy with blue cheese and 10 wings medium extra crispy with blue cheese. My order came with no blue cheese and the wings were not close to being crispy. Also the boxes were not marked to which were hot or medium. I guess that didn’t matter. I couldn’t tell the difference in heat between the two.

Their chicken dip was 80% CHEESE 20% dip. The girl that answered the phone was rude saying it wouldn’t be resolved for a couple of days..yet if I was in person they have no choice but to solve it then and there..and the manager really didn’t care to hear me out. This isn’t the first time I had this order plus I used to work there and the locations make things the same way. They need to have better attitudes and work on customer satisfaction.

The order was not correct on the Philly steak cheese was put on it but not requested. The order also had street tacos and the side was a salad with cheese and ranch dressing. The salad was not included in our bag. Disappointed on this order which was 40.46

I use to work for you all you are skimping on your sauce! Please put what the recipes calls for. I ordered mild with Terry garlic it was like you put it on then took it off. Should have ordered it on side.

The lunch specials are rarely on the app. I would like to benefit from getting a cheaper meal for lunch.

My avocado flatbread was a mess in the Togo box and was hard and terrible, and my daughters Sierra Mist was missing.
