I dont know why it takes too much time to read my QR code

I have main issue here for this apps and the system cause some other days was ok but some other days not due to i dont know the main reason the time management for each bus that comes to station to station is not subjected to be established like they said before that every 15mins for the interval of the bus after the next bus will come but instead the next bus will come after so many minutes or more than the stated established time and also some bus driver didn’t stop on the bus stop even there is a person driver just passby and dont check for the commuter..i raised this complain cause i experienced it daily not just one but so many times but some of it some drivers are friendly and good in seevice but some of it does not have a good manner ..please be mindful for our complain cause we wanted this bus as safe , as friendly and as more comfortable to anyone thank you May allah bless and guide you and your family always.. التطبيق سيء لايمكنني مشاهدة خطوط الرحله على الخريطه بحجم شاشة الجوال الكامل بسبب بعض الخيارات التي تغطي نصف الخريطه بشكل عام التطبيق يحتاج الى تطوير والارتقاء بأن يكون مميز وكامل الخدمات والمعلومات لأن مثل هذا التطبيق سيء العرض لايليق بهذي الخدمه العاليه

The app is good but the settings of bus terminal to terminal is not good thats all because they cant pick up passenger if your not in the terminal

Why still launched airport buss

حاولت اكثر من مرة الدخول لا يسمح لي بالدخول ، و حذفت التطبيق و رجعت حاولت و يظهر لي ( حدث خطأ بسبب عدم التحديث ) هههه و انا توني محمل التطبيق ، حاولت اكثر من مرة و لم تفلح المحاولات

You will be surprised for the fee of 3.75sr but the whole system is bad. Qr code not reading the bus route did not follow and the system will block your card without any valid reason I regret I top up a. Money but I dont use it since the system close it. I cannot barely use it at all thats why only few using this.

الحين انا شفت المحطات بالتطبيق وابي اروح المحطه مو عارف كيف طيب حطوا اني اضغط عليها ويعطيني مسار امشي عليه لين اوصلها!

The app is amazing and it has many features Yet, we should be able add the virtual card to apple pay and use it without internet without the beed tk scan the QR code from the app.
