DO NOT TRUST THIS APP! The app does not provide contact details of bus service providers, nor helplines for users to contact. There’s no regulation or guarantee that you get what you purchased. And you won’t get a refund. They only have a whatsapp chatbot that is stupid and useless. When you email them to resolve problems, they just drag forever and not give you definite reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Better to book with other service providers!

You have to download an app to check in if you booked a ticket somewhere else. They charge you a fee to pay by card. On local bus station no one is able to help you. Why do it that way? I am good paying the fee in cash, but at least your staff should be able to help someone when asked

You can book many bus tickets over easybook and whenever you booked something, you will get on a bus. 
But getting there can be frustrating: The app often requires you to update to be usable, the usual ride times are not displayed in the app (expected times would be ideal), it is not clear if you still need to go to a counter, bookings are now harder to find because of an unnecessary filter, you cannot turn off advertisement push messages (I got into contact with them for that and I still get messages) and it doesn‘t save your payment information. 
So there is much room of improvement until I can enjoy using the app.
