During the trial period, you can manage your subscription and cancel by going to your 'Account Settings'. After being charged, you may turn off auto-renewal by visiting the same section. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but they will not refund the current subscription. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Stay away 🚨
Tried to send this to customer service but no answer in 7 days, so I put some of my feedback here as well. 1. Custom Recipes I have attempted multiple times to enter the same recipe, but the analysis feature appears to simply guess the ingredients, providing different results each time I click “Analyze.” None of the results are close to accurate, which makes the feature seem unreliable, if not deceptive. The recipe was a simple cottage cheese oat roll with just four ingredients, which should be straightforward to analyze accurately. 2. Camera Feature I am also frustrated with the camera feature. Is this feature expected to improve with time, or is it not fully functional? It barely recognizes anything, which doesn’t justify the product’s cost and leaves me wondering if it’s ready for use at all. 3. 7-Day Trial Discrepancy I believed I would have a 7-day trial period, but this option disappeared during the order process, and I ended up paying for a full year. Perhaps I misunderstood, but I feel misled by the lack of clarity.

Room for improvement
Great idea. However it could be much better. If you could update and customise foods and add pictures. The AI should be able to learn a lot and become absolutely perfect. Unfortunately it is very cumbersome to add information about food that is not already in the app library
Take money without permission
I tried to make use of the 7 day free trial and they took a years subscription out of my account. This is a scam. Stay well away!!!!!
I think I will achieve my goal
I think Eato is going to help me a lot! You see, I am a bit under weight so Eato is helping me
Stole my money
Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
7 day trial trick
I wanted to try the app and thought the 7 day trial was a good option. It popped up with a discount and said no 7 day trial and I clicked off of the option but it still signed me up for 3 month (instead of the yearly discount which also doesn’t include the trial! I cancelled immediately and I am still being charged. Their customer service does not work- server is busy! That being said I also am not happy with the app. $30!!! for nothing.

You guys need to improve your AI cameras it’s not doing too well so far. I’m entering everything manually. Your AI doesn’t work. Great your scanners don’t work great your barcode scanner doesn’t work well all of them are giving me problems. They can’t seem to find anything but it’s a good idea to see you improve some of this stuff.
Cannot Edit Exercise
I will update my review to a 5 star the minute they let you edit the tracked exercise. It double counts calories. You record a workout, and it records the calories. But it also tracks the steps from that workout and records those, too. It’s double counting calories. I just want to be able to edit it! No option whatsoever. I’ve reached out to support with no response.
