eBay Marketplace: Buy and Sell

Not sure what’s going on with your eBay motors, but it does not work very well. It’s very difficult to navigate and when you’re punching in information to find the vehicle you’re looking for it’s terrible.

Hi There, i think you should make the offer limit 6-7. A lot of sellers reply back lower then raise it to their initial sale price again basically restarting the offer process. In 3 cases I was able to come to an agreement with sellers after a few negotiations. Also a comments section by the offer would help smoothen negotiation. Thank you. I love eBay ! Merry Christmas!

If you ever buy something on this platform be aware that the customer service is maybe the worst, they absolutely LIE about anything.

Sometimes i will buy a couple old playbills, and instead of bundling the shipping costs i am charged as though each piece of paper is a new, separate package. I have recieved a refund from only one shop ever amongst the dozens i have phrchased from, for the dofference in shipping cost because the seller understood it would be dishonest to keep the extra money. I have spoken to support about this, they are zero help. Ps remember the time ebay had to pay 3 million dollars in a lawsuit because its employees were harrassing a couple by sending them dead pigs, funeral wreaths, live spiders and cockroaches? Look it up, it was shockingly recent

I have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars SELLING on this website, their customer service is horrendous and just an overall unpleasant experience as a seller on there. Deleted my account and will stick to literally any other selling site.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had using any website to purchase and order goods. I bought a turbocharger for my car on November 4th, and here we are in December (12th at time of writing) and when you reach out for support you get an AI Chatbot for a response at first. Then you get a customer service agent who does not listen to what you say, all who use the same exact identical script, thank you for your loyalty (as if that means anything) and then blow you off. The case has been frozen twice- every time it unfreezes and I ask for support or even just my money back AS I PAID SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR AN ITEM. EBay will point fingers at the seller and the seller will point figures at EBay and your item WILL NOT ARRIVE. Do NOT use this platform. It’s sad to say but Ali-express and even something as bad as TEMU are more reliable because at least they give you your money back. Even Yahoo Auctions Japan is more reliable or „Buyee.jp” By the way- this is only one of the multiple scam cases I have had myself, as well as know multiple people who have been scammed and eBay makes it ABSOLUTELY impossible to get your money back. Run as far as you can. You’re lucky if you get AN Item to show up- even if it’s not the right one.

Horrible company return an idea they gave me 2 dollars back didnt cover the complete price. Do not use this service they are horrible!

The notifications for stuff you’re not even watching has gotten out of control. The pestering was enough to just delete the app instead of searching for some deliberately buried toggle to turn it off. Shame.

I reported a listing for having false advertising. They said ‘they didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy’. What a bad policy 🙄. So what, they actively support scams now?

Do not use this platform. EBay customer support only cares about themselves.
