2017 member and notice how shipping cost on items are insane out of control 5X the cost of item for shippng. Lower shippng it’s rediculous now also super hard to find what I’m looking for with reduced search results

This app/site is a complete joke. Their customer support is useless. Better off selling and buying elsewhere as their fees are insane.

i hate this app it never gave me my money from a item i sold and took money from my account like smhhh
Awful Customer Service
Tried to contact an agent about a problem with an item never arriving. Long story short, the AI assistant was no help, and no matter how many times I asked, wouldn’t connect me to an actual Customer Service Employee. I am beyond annoyed.
Cant save search filter preferences on iPhone
iPhone eBay app does not respect saved filtering preferences like “Distance: furthest first”, “price+shipping highest first” etc, even when logged in, also does not have a logout button anywhere
Sellers cancelling finished auctions without repercussion.
If a seller doesn’t get the amount of money they want from an auction they can just cancel the item by marking it as “lost or damaged” and there are no repercussions for it. Seen a handful of accounts do this and just had it happen to myself. One account with over 10 instances of this happening based on negative feedback but still posting stuff at auction.

Can’t even begin to explain how bad the service has gotten. 15 years as a seller with 100% positive score and they are keeping my payouts as ransom. Pass
