This app works very well if you only want to read a book or document.
However, some of the features that are useful when reading academic texts or work documents do not work. For example, there is a highlight tool that does nothing and a search tool that always returns 0 results!

Downloaded 2 books and had no problems but on third book which I purchased 3 months ago it wouldn't load up for me. I emailed customer service and told them of problem. They told me I could have a refund or wait for error with the book to be resolved. I chose to wait for the issue to be resolved and am still waiting. Have emailed them since and have heard nothing from them. Very disappointed with level of service!
