It’s nice that it syncs with your ebooks.com account. That works flawlessly. But the reading experience is terrible because it’s impossible to adjust the font size. The text is always tiny (except for the chapter titles, those are the only things that change size). Better to download the epub version of the book on your device and use a different reader.

I find it amazing that despite complaints years ago, the font choices are still "too big" and "too small". And it's still impossible to turn off full justification. Definitely not buying another book for it.

Are you looking for an app to read PDFs and e-books quickly, easily, and seamlessly? Then keep looking, this won’t do it unless you something up for an account login and purchase all of your reading material through a site that you have no idea about. No thanks. Ewww

Cumbersome. Not user friendly. Download the Kindle because at least your pages won’t suddenly go back to the beginning of the book 30 pages in & there’s a menu you can access fairly quickly without having to attempt multiple taps on the screen & still not know what you tapped to get to it. Disappointing. I don’t bother giving bad reviews, I just yeet an app & move on but this ebook reader has frustrated me to the point of needing to warn others of its uselessness. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Don’t use this app. Has not been updated since the days of iOS5. Font sizes available are tiny, huge, and behemoth. Don’t waste your time on it.

I got this to try to use my iPad like a kindle for one of my text books for grad school. Can I read the book I bought? Yes. Did it save me money? Yes. Do I have to change chapters every time I turn a page if I want to highlight anything on the new page? Also yes. The zoom in feature only works on certain pages as well. I waste a good bit of time just messing with the features trying to get it to do what I want. The search feature takes you to the beginning of the chapter the word/words are in so you still have to hunt for them. And your highlights don’t sync with the web version so it’s not great if you’re trying to access a text across multiple platforms. Likely won’t buy a book on here again.

I just downloaded because it redirected me and I couldn't find what I was looking for on this app. In another way if you want to read random books this app is for you! but if you try to find specific book then do not waste your time on this app.

I wouldn't mind reading an ebook on a proprietary app if it acted like a normal ebook reader. Instead, it has a UI where swiping left brings you to the next chapter not the next page, swiping down brings you to the next page but it is impossible to actually bookmark a page because it only bookmarks the chapter. There is no option to change the reading view to scrolling which, I much prefer due to my reading disability. Not to mention the highlighting feature is very much broken. I purchased a specifically DRM free ebook but the DRM free epub file is not working. Have contacted support and I am using this for now but I would rather use anything else.

…and it looks nice, too. Have had it for a year or so and I like it. The only thing I wish it did was to scroll down for next pages, rather than sideways. Not a big deal to me, and there may be a way to do this that I haven’t figured out, yet. You will like it.
