The app changed my driver twice and after 30 mins waiting the driver decided to cancel my ride. I called and have been informed that they are partners cannot communicate with their drivers. So why I am using the app ???? ECabs should be responsible once supporting these rides. Anyway you’re useless

I had this ride but my points didnt go to my points its still the same.

Driver push the extra waiting button by mistake, so I ask them to refund. But custmer support said " It might be your mistake". They never admit their own mistake, when something happen first things they do is " doubt customer ". Do you think you can serve good service? I'm not gonna use this scam company again.

The waiting times are always innacurate, and I ended up wait much longer. For example, today, I had as waiting time 4 minutes, I called the driver and he said that it woyld take more than 15 minutes. I wanted to cancel the ride but the fee is 3.60€. That is very unfair.

Disappointed by the treatment received by ecabs. Price almost doubled in price just cause they can! No more ecabs rides for us and for potential 100+ customers we recommend to them throughout the year.

Cars always clean and drivers punctual and careful besides being courteous.
