ECG+ helps you review your recorded ECGs on your Apple Watch, and monitor Heart rate variability (HRV). Integrated with Apple Health, ECG+ maximizes the potential of your Apple Watch ECG, by calculating PQRST to reveal your heartbeat signature, unique like fingerprint. ECG+ also tracks HRV changes, which is widely recognized as an objective measure of physical readiness.
