Collegando il tuo DEEBOT, potrai: 
• Iniziare, mettere in pausa o interrompere la pulizia
• Impostare un programma di pulizia regolare
• Impostare un report verbale, la potenza di aspirazione e un intervallo di tempo Non disturbare*
• Ricevere notifiche dal tuo robot abilitato con la rete Wi-Fi*
• Condividere DEEBOT con i tuoi amici attraverso account multipli*
• Ricevere aggiornamenti di firmware e software*
• Accedere ai manuali di istruzione, ai tutorial video, alle FAQ e contattare il servizio assistenza clienti

E puoi fare molto altro ancora con il tuo DEEBOT a mappatura avanzata (con tecnologia Smart Navi™):
• Configurare Virtual Boundary™ (barriere virtuali) per creare zone ad accesso vietato*

Il robot è soddisfacente anche se la batteria non ha la capacità dichiarata, e il primo robot che non riesce a finire la casa senza doversi ricaricare. Purtroppo il robot nonostante la mappatura non riconosce la divisione delle stanze e sballa. L’app è molto lenta e non fa refresh automatico. Inoltre non è intuitiva ed è disordinata.

Quando l’app è in background e la riapro fa buffering come di aggiornamento e si blocca con un avviso “time-out” che si ripete finché non arresto e re inizio l’app. 
Da sempre, inoltre, ho problemi con la mappa di casa, divisione aree, etichette. Non funziona per niente bene, non mi trova le aree, non me le fa scegliere liberamente, mi fa selezionare zone esterne alla mappa (senza senso) e non mi fa selezionare all’interno della mappa.

Dopo una settimana ha iniziato a scollegarsi, ripetutamente l’app fuori uso. Continui avvisi di malfunzionamento lavandino seguiti dopo pochi secondi che il problema è risolto. Lava quello che gli pare: da 72 metri siamo a  meno di 40. Inutile pulire quotidianamente serbatoi, sacchetto e anche le spazzole. Non ho mai avuto pavimenti più sporchi. Non si può lasciare la casa perché necessita di continui interventi. L’asciugatura spazzole e’ rumorosissima ed interminabile. L’assistenza è vergognosa. Ho contattato il venditore perché venga a riprenderselo. Dei 6 robot in casa questo è l’unico a dare problemi anziché risolverli. Soldi buttati.
