My issue is, it seems to be working decent now.  But the mandatory update thing should be something we can truly disable.

If they push another one, everything could break again - and nothing says bad client shoot than hauling a ton of equipment and having it just not work.  It leads to bad client / vendor relationships and this feeling that we wasted money on the equipment.

Awful connection, doesn't remember anything if you tab out of the app. Always loose bluetooth connection when that happens and the presets. 

When I connect to it, I have to power all the additions off or it'll only show the slider and not the pan BT connect. Unreliable if your work station is away from the connectors.

This app always disconnects constantly. I’ve upgraded all my hardware and issues continue. I’ve spent a lot of money and never been able to charge a client for a paying job due to constant failures of this system.

Recently went all out getting an Edelkrone slider. Super happy with the build quality and the functionality. However, the connectivity issues and bugs in the app make it SUUUPER frustrating to use. 

If they could fix the issues with the app losing connection and the bugs that make it impossible to remove/change key frames then I wouldn’t be so annoyed. 

Went from excited to use their product to being dreading it. Pls fix app thx.
