iOS application has constantly issues as:
1) does not remember my credentials 
2) forgot my password functionality is not available 
3) too many updates 

Currently, I am facing point 2) since at least two months! I cannot login to my account! Please let me know how I can access it.
Finally, login is also not available via desktop.

Μια κάρτα που λειτουργούσε σε περισσότερα μαγαζιά παλιότερα , φυσικά τώρα κάνετε ένα μήνα να τα πληρώσετε άρα πολλά δεν θέλουν συνεργασία μαζί σας και εμείς οι εργαζόμενοι-χρήστες είμαστε σε καθεστώς ομηρίας γιατί κάποιος έκανε συμφωνία μαζί σας με το αζημίωτο να μας πληρώνει τα χρωστούμενα η εταιρία με αυτό τον τρόπο. Να μας υποδεικνύετε που θα τρώμε και που θα πίνουμε καφέ. Και οπωσδήποτε να ψωνίζουμε ΜΟΝΟ από το σουπερμάρκετ. Ασφαλώς !! Εύχομαι τα δικαστήρια στην Ιταλία να κάνουν την δουλειά τους και να καταδικαστείτε . Αλλά και πάλι κερδισμένοι θα βγείτε ! Δυστυχως!

Πολύ αργή ακόμα και στο κομμάτι του login.
Θέλεις σχεδόν μισό λεπτό για να δεις απλά το υπόλοιπο σου.

Το UX είναι κακό. Τα 3/4 της οθόνης είναι άχρηστη εικόνα. Θέλω να βλέπω χρήσιμες  πληροφορίες και όχι illustration με ανθρωπάκια. Για κάτι εξαιρετικά απλό η εφαρμογή είναι πολύ κάτω του μετρίου.

Κάνεις εγγραφή από το κινητό και όταν πας να συνδεθείς σου ζητάει να έχεις δηλωμένο αριθμό τηλεφώνου που όμως δεν στον έχει ζητήσει ποτέ μέσω της εγγραφής.
Οι προγραμματιστές της εφαρμογής θα πρέπει να είναι εντελώς Ταλιμπάν και λίγα λέω.

Η εφαρμογή μια φορά τουλάχιστον τον μήνα κολλάει ,Οχι απλά κολλάει αλλά μου ζητά να ξανακάνω εγγραφή ,να βάλω password σαν να είναι πρώτη φορά που την κατεβάζω .
Ειλικρινά αν είχα την επιλογή θα την κατέβαζα !
Σημειώστε πως το αφήγημα της αναβάθμισης το ακούω από την τηλεφωνική σας εξυπηρέτηση  αλλά για μια φορά ανά κάποιο μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα .
Το κινητό μου είναι I phone 15 pro Max που όσο να πεις από άποψη λογισμικού είναι άψογο

Η εφαρμογή είναι τραγική. Κολλάει πάρα πολύ και μου παίρνει πολλή ώρα για να κάνω το πιο απλό πράγμα. Είναι πολύ κακοστημένη και ξέρω ότι δεν φταίει η συσκευή μου γιατί τα τελευταία 3 Χριστούγεννα πήρα κάτι δώρα σε κάρτες edenred και θυμάμαι πως κάθε χρόνο παιδευόμουν για να χρησιμοποιήσω την εφαρμογή και νευρίαζα. Το καλό είναι ότι τις κάρτες τις δέχονται σχεδόν παντού

Λυπάμαι πραγματικά που το γράφω, αλλά είναι από τις χειρότερες εφαρμογές. Είναι δύσχρηστη και καθόλου πρακτική. 
Η ενεργοποιημένη κάρτα δεν εμφανίζεται μετά από πολλές  απεγκαταστάσεις και εκ νέου εγκαταστάσεις της εφαρμογής.
Ούτε από την ιστοσελίδα  δε μπορείς να μπεις και να δεις το πιο απλό, πόσα χρήματα έχει μέσα η κάρτα. Πραγματικά, καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε κάτι γιατί έχω επικοινωνήσει τηλεφωνικά μαζί σας και γνωρίζετε τα θέματα της εφαρμογής !
