Use the Eko App to:
- Flag the presence or absence of murmurs.
- Flag the presence of AFib*, tachycardia, and bradycardia.
- Listen wirelessly using the Bluetooth-enabled device of your choice.
- Record, play back, annotate, and save stethoscope sounds and ECG*.
- Build patient profiles to flag changes in a patient’s condition across visits.
- Securely store exam recordings for future reference.
- Generate and share PDF reports with trusted colleagues or upload to compatible EHRs.
- Aid in medical education and patient engagement.

I have a Littmann Core featuring the Eko noice cancelling; super stethoscope that i can highly recommend (had both the 3100 and 3200 before, the Core is much better, user friendly and (hopefully) more durable).
The Eko app, in contrast, is a complete waste. Pairing is easy, but the recordings are just completely inaudible as well as nonsynchronizedwith the wave form. Even with a head set on my iPhoneor as a wav file on the web the sound files are not usable at all (even with my speakers cranked up you can barely hear heart beats but murmurs are just indistinguishable. Really a shame, keeps me wondering why Eko even bothers to release such an nonfunctional app (the audio is way to silent even at max output) never mind offering an expensive Pro version that will just share inaubible sound samples….?
