I came across Elate back in 2020 after years of following other weight loss programs. Before I joined Elate I never achieved the results I wanted and I felt embarrassed by my weight and I absolutely hated how I looked. Within 3 months of joining Elate I lost 24lbs- even though that’s years ago now I’ll never forget that number and how happy it made me! I lost more in the months that followed and got to a size 8/10 in my clothes. I had many health issues along the way but the one thing that I was grateful for was the sense that I was in control of my weight. I’m proud of how I look which is something I thought I’d never say. It’s now Oct 2025 and I’m still maintaining. Right now I could do with losing around 7lbs to be at my ideal weight but the good thing is I know exactly what to do and eat to achieve that before Christmas. Eating on-plan doesn’t feel like a diet because I never feel hungry and I think that’s one of the main reasons I’ve stuck to it. Plus it’s all fantastic quality single ingredient foods that I love. It’s a brilliant program and I’d highly recommend it.
