The membership is an annual subscription and will last 12 months from the day of Purchase.

• The price of Silver membership annual subscription is AUD$2.99 / year with unlimited access to all the features during this period.
• All payments will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the current membership price.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by the user at any time, by visiting Account Settings after purchase, however, the active subscription period will run until the end without any refund (no cancellation of current subscription, only cancellation of renewal is allowed).

Hello to the Elders boffins….
I love your app. It’s almost exactly the way I would want my weather app served up.
Well laid out, highly functional, fit for purpose & easy to use.
I ask just 2 things…
Please get your National weather Radar Satellite fixed. Because it only shows Victoria at present and I’m tired of emailing you lot and getting no response.
Also, Please add local lightning as a layer/option for a reasonable subscription annually…not monthly like your weatherzone offering. I would gladly pay a reasonable annual fee for local lightning.

App ok but inconsistent somedays forecasts for rain are for only a few days sometimes up to a month. My national radar reduces in size over time from national to Victoria only. Only way to correct it is to delete app and reload. I rely on weather tracking for farming but cannot rely on this one alone.

I’ve had this weather app for years (as I’m on the land) and have found it very helpful, how ever….. I have always paid for the silver access but this year they have taken my money and denied me access???? I’ve checked everything reloaded the app asked for help twice and nothing. Right at hay season when I need it most they disappear with my money and no help. My advice BEWARE

Not too many unnecessary bells and whistles like most weather apps have, very accurate, easy to use and customer support the once I needed them were excellent. ### *---- "Impossible to renew my silver subscription"
As a farmer I rely heavily on the 28 day and 12 month forecast that I used to get via a silver subscription. I received a notice recently that the card details I had in the system were out of date (which was incorrect) and since then I have not been able to access the functions available under the silver subscription. Every time I try to upgrade to the silver subscription I get an error message saying that the functions cannot be fetched from the App Store and to try again later. I have submitted three feedback reports on this and despite tickets being issued nothing has happened to rectify the issue. 😡

The app itself is terrific. But my paid subscription often drops out and then I lose my customised layout. The app says it’s unable to fetch in-app purchases, despite me not having difficulty with this with other apps on my devices. Elders weather app was good last year and gor many previous, informative, reliable, and able to be customised.  My subscription has continued for years however despite contacting help unsubscribing and Re subscription several times it fails to show features I pay for as a silver subscriber. It used to be good but not any more sadly now it just takes one’s money for poor service. Developers please fix app.
