Elephant Foot Stamp

Every time I open this app, I get a black screen!! I’ve lost all of my rewards. Avoid this app; it is nothing but junk.

I dislike carrying paper stampcards and I think this app is so great in the sense that it's a digitalized and also eco friendly. The only thing with iPhones is that if you get a new iPhone you need to delete the app and reinstall it (if you did iCloud backup) Also make sure to create an account within the app! Otherwise if you delete the app, your stamps will be erased.

This app is THE WORSE reward app out there. Loads maybe once a year if that. Otherwise it's a just a black screen the entire time no matter how many times you restart close and reopen it.

Horrible app

No way to get stamps.

I have iOS16 and yesterday after i updated this up when it loads it is stuck on spinning white circle ang black background. As instructed delete and reinstall and i did that 5 times and problem is still there. Did anyone did QA on the latest release?

Ever since I updated to the latest iOS the app stopped working. I followed the instructions to uninstall and download again, but it’s a no go. Please fix this app so I can continue to use it at my favorite store.

Nothing is working in todays update. Spins on launch. After a few minutes it might load the homescreen. The one shop I use this app (Jairen) for is no longer listed and all my loyalty points have disappeared. I’m on iOS 16 and tried uninstalling and reinstalling per the instructions which didn’t solve the issues.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 12, it’s stuck on the black loading screen and nothing happens. I lost all my stamps, that’s not ok!!!! Fix your app!
