## Eleven Description
Eleven is a convenient app for renting scooters and hiring bicycles, created for active city residents. With an intuitive interface, users can quickly find and rent electric scooters and e-bikes for comfortable trips around the city.

SCOOTERS
A large fleet of scooters in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, and Gomel. Starting a ride is simple, fast, and easy:

• Download the Eleven app and sign up in just a couple of minutes — you only need a phone number and a bank card for payment.
• Find the nearest scooter on the in‑app map.
• Scan the QR code on the handlebar, choose a pricing plan, and tap “Start.”
• Take the scooter, push off, and press the throttle — it is located on the right side of the handlebar.
• Keep an eye on the scooter’s battery level to reach a parking zone in time.
• End your rental in designated areas so the scooter does not obstruct pedestrians or traffic.

Use a convenient, fast, and cost‑effective way to get around the city.

BICYCLES
Another convenient way to travel available in Minsk is e‑bikes. You can reserve a bike via the app by scanning the QR code on the frame and enjoy a comfortable ride around the city.

SUBSCRIPTION
Get a free start for scooter and bike rentals, extended reservation time for scooters, other subscription benefits, and also earn cashback and spend it on your rides.

GROUP RIDE
Rent up to 5 scooters or bicycles from a single account — just rent several vehicles one by one by scanning their QR codes.

RESERVATION AND WAITING MODE
You can reserve a scooter in advance in the app — for a limited time no one else will be able to take it. During a ride, a waiting mode is available: you temporarily pause the trip, lock the scooter, and take care of your own business without worrying about its safety.

BONUSES
Top up your in‑app balance and receive additional bonuses for rides — the higher the top‑up amount, the more profitable it is to ride.

AVAILABILITY
The Eleven service is available in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, and Gomel. Rental rules and available zones may differ depending on the city, so we recommend checking the conditions in the app before your trip, but overall the sharing model is similar to apps like Whoosh, Urent, Carousel, Molnia, Lite, Poputi, Busyfly, YES Sharing, Rushering, KoloBike, Jet, Bird, and others.

Это самое убогий и неудобный сервис в РБ.
1. На этих самокатах не безопасно кататься, они монструозны, крайне неудобны, все убитые с отсутствующей должной амортизацией, тормоза… по мне это преступная халатность.
2. Откройте карту и вы увидите как же она глючит…
3. Дизайн? Мое почтение продуктовому дизайнеру, в компании очень высокий уровень инклюзивности. У человека такой тяжелый недуг, но он старается, даже нарисовал приложение. Конечно, хотелось бы что бы вы также заботились о пользователях.

В сезон 2024 что-то с приложением не то. Тупит не по-детски. Долгая загрузка, долгое завершение аренды. При попытке завершить можно бесконечно ждать наблюдая анимацию вращающегося булика. Либо видишь начальный экран предлагающий начать аренду. Хотя аренда уже давно активна. Приходится перезапускать приложение. А это минуты аренды и деньги пользователей. С каждой аренды минута улетает на попытки завершить. Понятно что владельцам лишний доход, но имейте же совесть. Не таким же способом

Впервые сталкиваюсь с отсутствующей работоспособностью приложения. Я не могу физически пользоваться приложением и это не метафора. Задержка между нажатиями и реакцией приложения около 3 секунд.

Что с приложением стало? Два месяца назад приложение хорошо работало, а именно карта для поиска самоката, сейчас же еле еле тянет, лагает, чтобы переместиться с одной точки в другую это нужно обосраться от терпения. Сижу через айфон 12, память на телефоне есть, все остальные приложения летают. Фиксить как то будем ребят или забьем болт до следующего лета?
