No refunds on app that’s basically useless to me. I’m not going to criticize it for so they improve it and make more money on it. Quality assurance engineers make decent money. There’s no need for me to work for free.

It is not obvious how to use the features or easy to make requests.

I did not know what to expect when I downloaded this app. I was trying to learn about artificial intelligence, and this application has expanded my knowledge of AI and it has helped me to understand the world. It has a very strong ability to compare one thing to another. one example is the legal term assault and battery. I asked this AI what is the difference between assault and battery? The answer was a complete explanation with a summary that told me how this term might be used in real life. The point of view presented by the AI could be compared to, an expert talking to someone with less knowledge, or a mentor, or friendly advice.
