They don’t answer any e-mails!!! I paid for One Year Premium Membership 25/8/2024. I send many e-mails to their “support” e-mail adress with confirmation of payment. And The Premium Membership IS STILL NOT WORKING in my app Elsa Speak. They send me many “offers” -60% sales ect. in my app instead of fix the problem. THIS IS NOT FAIR BEHAVIOUR! HOPE THEY WILL FIX IT, ASAP!
Very slow and it falls, I can’t complete my daily goal
Hello, I wanted to try the full app for Seven days but it didn’t quite interest me so I wasn’t using the app after the third day. I forgot I didn’t end the subscription and on 10.7.2024 a transaction at my bank was made. Can I still get my money back? Nothing wrong with the app by the way I just wasn’t feeling it.
The app is good and the idea of having feedback on pronunciation is fantastic, but unfortunately, execution is far from it. Sometimes, I have to repeat even the simplest words 5 times, it doesn’t hear W, M, L…It happens constantly, so if I want to score above 90%, it takes too much time. For instance words like take or pink are one of the easiest words to pronounce, but couple of times Elsa could not recognise me pronouncing k correctly and it took me around 7 tries to pronounce word pink to more than 90%. And sometimes it responds correctly. For time to time, it rates my pronunciation better than it should, because I can hear that I didn’t pronounce some word as I should have. It’s this inconsistency that’s very frustrating and doesn’t motivate me to continue paying for this app. I’ve been paying for the app since 2022, but I won’t do it anymore.

I’m using an application for 2 months already and very pleased with it) I like is sooo much)
I like the app, but can you make also horizontal layout on iPad. It`s much better for writing a notes especially with Magic Keyboard and multitasking. Also the videos are on iPad very small with current vertical layout.
The app is simply great and very useful. But it crushes all the time..and it’s quite annoying.
I really enjoy the app, but I would love to have an option to add individual words instead of the whole phrase to my word lists.
