Ich musste beim Austauschmotor Steps 8000 den Port für das Licht aktivieren. Der Radladen war umständlich und hätte eine Gebühr gewollt. Mit EMax ein kurzer Klick - fertig! Fantastisch.

Also ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden!
Die Antwort auf Fragen folgt quasi umgehend per Mail. Der Support ist klasse und die Kommunikation und Einstellung per AnyDesk via Internet hat ohne Problem geklappt! Dafür finde ich auch 119 Euro für den Lizenzschlüssel absolut okay! Danke nochmal für alles!

### ***** "Wow Wow Wow"
Hier wird Support noch groß geschrieben. Zu jeder Tageszeit bekommt man schnell eine Antwort per Mail mit super nützliche Infos. 
Das Geld für den Lizenzkey hat sich jetzt schon gelohnt. Wichtig: die Erstfreischaltung muss mittels Windows PC erfolgen. Danach kann Geschwindigkeit auch in der App beliebig angepasst werden. Danke an das Team und vor allem Markus Schlegel!

### ***** "Mehr geht nicht (im positiven Sinne)!"
Ich habe seit gestern mein drittes Rad mit emax getuned (bzw. dieses Mal tunen lassen ;)). In meinen Augen sind sowohl das Produkt, wie auch das Team um Markus Schlegel herausragend gut! Der Service/ die Kommunikation ist vorbildlich. Davon sollten sich viele Dienstleister mal eine ganz dicke Scheibe abschneiden. Und das Produkt hält in allen Belangen was es verspricht. Ja, der Lizenzschlüssel kostet Geld! Aber wer das bemängelt, hat den Sinn der Marktwirtschaft nicht verstanden. Und: andere, „vergleichbare“ Produkt gibt es auch nicht kostenlos!
Ich kann nur sagen: weiter so!! Beim nächsten Rad hört ihr definitiv wieder von mir!!😉

### ***** "Langzeit Test"
Fast 3 Jahre mit meinem in die Jahre gekommenen Shimano E8000. Verbaut in nem E-Enduro (Grundbike war ein YT Decoy Shred) … 
Nutze das Bike nicht um einkaufen zu fahren oder durch die Stadt zu protzen. Das Ding macht Road Gaps, dient als Liftersatz und is meist weit Abseits in der Natur unterwegs. Der E8000 is nicht wie die modernen Antriebseinheiten dank des hohen Widerstandes des Motors. 

Ne Moto Cross is auch nicht laut STVZO. Gibts aber trotzdem zu kaufen. Bei den E-Bikes wurde verschlafen das es auch extreme Sportgeräte gibt für die eine Geschwindigkeitsbeschränkung Unsinn is. 
Sollte ich vor haben zum Eis essen zu fahren, stell ichs einfach über die App um und zack isses ein legales E-Bike … weil keine Chips, Schalter oder sonstige Teile verbaut werden müssen. Alles funktioniert rein über die original verbaute Software. 

Nen Tacho oder Navi, Netflix, km-Zähler etc hab ich nie gebraucht am E-Enduro. Bin seit ü 6000km (zeigt max die Hälfte) unterwegs und hatte nie Probleme. 

Bin und bleibe sehr zufriedener Kunde. Danke für die geile Zeit aufm Rad

### ***** "Perfekt und toller Service"
Das Tool ist wirklich perfekt, es gibt so viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für das STEPS-System, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Noch besser ist allerdings der Support, immer schnelle und fachlich hervorragende Antworten und Unterstützung. Einfach toll!!

### ****- "Besser als erwartet."
Im Vergleich zu anderen Apps, die zwar kostenlos sind, aber nicht funktionieren, sind die 99 Cent für die App keine Abzocke. 
Die App verbindet sich sofort und gibt Auskunft , wahlweise auch in Deutsch. 
Das ist ok. 
Dafür, das Shimano es immer aufwendiger macht, Veränderungen am Motor vorzunehmen, kann die App nichts und auch der Programmierer nichts. 
Bemerkenswert finde ich noch die kostenlose und soweit ich es sehe, fehlerfreie Dokumentation über die verschiedenen Versionen der Firmware. 
Noch dazu auf Deutsch.

### ***** "Super Support nach Fehler E 0010 beim EP 8000"
Nachdem ich im Netz einen Hinweis zur Fehlerbehebung bei e-Max gefunden habe, schickte ich am Sonntag eine Mail mit dem Problem (E0010). 
Noch am Nachmittag bekam ich die Antwort mit dem konkreten Lösungsvorschlag. 
Seit dem Aufspielen der neuen Firmware läuft mein Intence Tacer wieder vollkommen fehlerfrei.
