What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Markus guided me through everything I needed to do on my laptop then he finished everything off through remote control. My bike is now Awesome. it’s true potential has been unlocked. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a Shimano powered bike. Incredible 👍

The apps on IOS and Windows did exactly what I needed to do which was enabling DI2 products on my bike. However it’s the developers that really elevate this. They are super helpful and understand what ebike owners need. Well done.

Developers like these are VERY rare these days!!! It’s a bit of faff getting everything prepared for using the software, but Markus himself is there to help at every step. Once the faff is out of the way (it sounds bad, but for everything worthwhile there has to be at least some effort!) the software itself is seamless. Plug it in, start the software, scan the bike, update firmware, scan the bike to see the change and VOILA! You’re a VERY happy bunny! Markus, you’ve produced a peach and your service is impeccable. Thank you SO MUCH for all your help! Keep up the great work and I hope to see on a trail some day.

The app and set up are easy to install and use, and it has transformed jumping for me. The technical support from Marcus is first class, I have recently had issues with my bike not switching on Marcus was quick to respond to my email & advised me through the stages of evaluation and eventual cure.
