I have been using Certify mobile app and website for couple of years now. It’s so so slow and I have to update 1 expense at a time. Mobile is only good for uploading receipts. They haven’t innovated in last 1 year but for auto reading the expenses. Very time consuming. If only they allow uploading multiple images at a time and implement better sorting in website.

I’ve used Concur, Skovik, and now Certify. I have to say Certify is by far the worst I’ve used and I’ve used something called Skovik. The setup, the layout, and the fact that it’s a webpage acting as an app just doesn’t work. 

Certify is a huge company owned by a bigger company… I’m sure they can spare some cash and build a real app.

Please.  Please. Please change it back.  Picking the customer from a drop down is abysmal.  At the very least allow users to type the name and have it look up in the list as they type.  I now have to scroll through 500+ customer names to find the one I’m looking for.

Why is there no option to receive notifications from the app? When managers have a report to approve, they are only notified via email. Would be much better for a notification to pop-up right on your phone.

I use this app mainly to submit receipts for my business travel. The app is great overall but when I try to add a receipt it only allows you to take a picture using this app but not from gallery. So, if I took a picture without this app the only way I can upload it is through the webpage. Hopefully you can add this feature, so I don’t need to worry in case if I don’t have an internet to use this app.

I’ve used concur, Expensify, and certify. Certify is by far the worst. Expense reports are already a hassle, but this software is garbage. Hard to use, errors that don’t make any sense, and their own troubleshooting page references tools they don’t offer.

This app used to really be a lot better than concur, but over the course of several updates the auto fill has stopped working well for me and all of my coworkers 

even digital receipts from car rental and hotels no longer register with the auto fill.

I have used 3 different apps for expenses on my professional career. This is by far the worse. The apps suffers from poor usability and performance. The usability is so poor that it is the most counter intuitive and inconsistent app I currently (have to) use. I hope they hire at least one UX designer soon.

When you take pictures of the receipts they don’t appear and you just look at a blank white screen. On the off chance, after 8 or 9 tries, you actually get a receipt uploaded and try and submit an expense report; you have to give it another 8 or 9 tries to with nothing populating. Antiquated and cantankerous is a ver generous description of this app.
