The app seems to have a margin of error of +4 hours waiting. So, you might as well lick your finger, hold it in the air and divine how long it’ll take yourself. No app required.

Wants so much personal information before you can even see the wait times. It’s ridiculous. Deleted.

Great app, highly recommended for its ease of use and helpful features! It provides an idea of the estimated waiting time in each practice before I get out of the door. Not sure how accurate it is, but at least I won’t stuck in the crowded one.

This app didn’t seem to work for me at all. Before heading out one afternoon I checked to see which A&E would be best. My usual place said 1 hour waiting time, so I thought that sounds great. I also used the feature to ‘book in’ before heading out. However when I got there the waiting time was actually 4 hours and had been since the morning. They also didn’t seem to be aware of the app at all and so my ‘booking in’ was redundant. So I don’t see the point of this app at all now.

It used to work perfectly but for the last few months it just won’t load. I’ve tried downloading it on different devices and get the same result.

Once I enter the patients details and complete the community services card question the app crashes. So I reopen the app and try again but the same thing happens. Also, the font size on my iPhone 12 Pro is so big that I can’t see the full question. I have no idea what the question before the community services one is because I can only see the first three words. Great app idea once it starts working however.

iPhone 12, latest iOS. Words too big, therefore questions cut off. So can’t answer the second to last yes/no question, as I can’t read the question. Please update to make text adjustable and improve accordingly.

Every time it comes to thinking it just crashes please fix it

Doesn’t actually add me to the queue of patients, that doesn’t happen till I check in at reception, wait time starts when I arrive. App keeps crashing. Can’t read the questions on screen as font in app is huge.

The app is broken. Don’t waste time in an emergency trying to get information from this app. Uninstall and just go to hospital.
