Not reliable
I am utterly disappointed with the Emirates India Exchange app and their service. My recent experience with their platform has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Firstly, their app's functionality is appalling. It constantly crashes, freezes, and fails to update transaction statuses accurately. This lack of reliability makes it nearly impossible to trust the app for managing transactions smoothly. Moreover, their customer service is abysmal. Despite diligently sending funds on time, the Emirates Exchange team failed to acknowledge receipt due to their poor system. They then instructed me to create a new transaction with the same reference number, only to later inform me that it couldn't be processed due to a previous transaction expiring. To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund, they insisted on visiting a branch in person, completely disregarding my travel plans and tight schedule. Their lack of flexibility and understanding further aggravated the situation. Overall, Emirates India Exchange's app and service have caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time. I would strongly advise against using their platform until they address these critical issues and improve their customer service standards.
