I’m not sure if this was a coincidence on two occasions but it seem the app devs are really good. I made two feature requests here and both were implemented in short time. (But I’ve been wondering if it was a coincidence?) First time I asked for the HiCoop bonus to be included separately in the claim details and the Second time I asked for pending/processing claims to be listed in the Claims History. Both done! Amazing work guys, it’s getting better!
Cannot search doctor on app for 2 days
Password reset should be a super basic feature that needs to be done right. Today I learned that you could only have either phone number or email as user account. Unfortunately mine was a phone number and when i tried resetting the password, the system sent OTPs which came very late (almost 5 minutes aftercthe request) making it invalid. I kept requesting and the same issue happened and I couldn’t reset my password. It was also impossible to send the OTP to my registered email address because it was not a username. Tried calling customer support and he sent several OTPs and still didn’t arrive immediately. CS was trying to say that it was my phone problem with poor signal which is not true because I have no issues receiving banking messages. What really upset me was the fact AXA refused to give us a physical card and force us to rely on their unreliable system. Learned the hard way to screenshot and save a copy on my phone. Maybe I should print a copy as well.

I’m in USA a few months per year and when I want to update the app for the 10k step challenge when I’m in US I keep having to change back to HK store and it’s very annoying to go back and forth.
Stuck in log in page forever and could not login after the new update
I cannot login this app with my password. It said no match with record. I tried “forgot my password”. This app did not send verification SMS to me but 1) said this phone number is already registered; 2. I was over time and should contact CS. CS is for policy not technical support.
Just cannot connect, keep loading at the very beginning
