But above all, we must realize that the entire economy of music has changed in a few years. CD sales have fallen sharply, and streaming platform revenues do not compensate for this loss. Likewise, the songbooks are hardly sold any more. If we want to continue creating new songs of praise and liturgy each year, we need financial resources. The mission comes at a cost.
